Dr.Masanori Kondo

Prof Kondo is a very well known specialist in Indian economics in Japan
and has worked at leading economic agencies such as the World Bank and
Asian Development bank. His areas of research interest include
Development Economics, Indian Economy and Governance.
Prof Kondo
is well known in Japan for his public service and has distinguished
himself by being an important member of many Government Committees
like:
- Member, India-Japan Eminent Persons' Group,
- 2001-2 Chair, India Study Committee, Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Investment
- 2004-5 Chair, India Study Committee, Japanese Ministry of Finance
- 2005-6 Director, Global Development Network, India

Dr.Sourav Kundu

Dr Kundu is a renowned expert in the areas of IT Governance, IT Systems
Audit and Software Process Improvement methodologies. He has assisted
organisations such as KPMG, Sun Microsystems, General Motors, Bakbone,
Asahi, AXA Life Insurance and Florida State Department in development
of core Process Optimization skills and competencies with Innovative,
Intelligent and Optimized software solutions.
His continuing endeavor for academic excellence has seen him making
valuable contributions by way of publishing papers in ICCIMA, IPMM and
New International Journal among others. He has also continued to
nurture his passion by teaching at Kanazawa University, Kanazawa,
Japan, Atilim University, Ankara, University of Sydney, and the Tokyo
Metropolitan University, among others. He is also an invited member of
New York Academy of Sciences.
Kanna Hasegawa, Native Japanese Teacher
B.A. in International Relations from Obirin University, Machida, Japan.
Specialist certification in teaching Japanese to foreigners from Sendagaya Japanese Institute
Hasegawa sensei comes with teaching experience in Thailand and India where she has successfully taught large number of students. Her specialization is in teaching communication and Japanese culture to foreigners. She has been living in India since 2007 and is a keen student of Indian business and culture.
Sachin Shahi, Japanese Teacher
B.B.S. (Business Studies), JLPT Level 2 from Yasahisa Japanese Institute, Nepal
Sachin sensei has been teaching business communication, culture and language to students in Nepal and India. In addition to teaching Japanese, he heads the Instructional Research & Design group that creates online test system and courseware for Indian students in the IT sector.
Karthik Tirupathi,
Indo-Japan Business Coach & President, Nihongo Bashi
An ethnic Indian based in Singapore & Asia for over 18 years, Karthik is a keen student of Asian languages and cultures and has published many articles on these and related subjects. He speaks more than 8 Asian languages and has extensive general management, sales and marketing experience. As an adjunct faculty for MBA & under graduate courses he teaches courses on cross cultural communication, soft skills and customer relationship management courses at RV Institute of Management, a leading management school in Bangalore. In addition, he has conducted intercultural training programs and multicultural team-building seminars for leading IT organisations in India.
He is credited with creating the curriculum and delivery methods for teaching Japanese in Under Graduate and Post Graduate courses in India. Karthik is also the author of the Quality Gates©methodology-an education delivery approach that engineers desired learning outcomes. Both these efforts led to Nihongo Bashi becoming India's #1 educational institution in this field. He is also the winner of the 2007 Spirit of Enterprise award in Singapore, which honors local self-reliant entrepreneurs.
