Message from the President

Nihongo Bashi has been known for its high quality of Japanese education services in the past few years. What has been even more heartening to note is the fact that most of our Alumni are employed in some of the best jobs in the IT industry. Their valuable contributions make us proud and also encourage us to increasingly raise the stakes in this exciting Japan-India sector.

The true test of every education and skill training is "employability" of the students. Last year over 99% of our students who completed the Academic Japanisation Program received job offers from the Top 5 IT companies in India. They are now well set on their way to occupy leadership positions in the industry in the next 3 to 5 years.
The Japan-India sector is set to witness an explosive growth as can be seen from the key indicators. A Free Trade Agreement is under discussion, which marks the growing maturity of the relationship as well as a recognition of the potential of bilateral trade between the two giant economies of Asia. Japanese investments in Indian projects have also showed a dramatic increase in the last few years. Consequently many Indian companies are encouraged to open their offices in Japan. A liberalised visa regime makes it easier for India to export her Human Capital in areas such as IT, Accounting, Bio-tech and FMCG sector.
With these trends, we predict that there will be a significant shortfall on the supply of the requisite human capital for at least next 10 years to come. Indeed, this spells good news for individuals who possess the right combination of skills that includes technical, language and cultural expertise. Once an individual acquires the skills to do well in the Japan-India sector, the opportunities are boundless and the remuneration very attractive. After all, the Japanese economy is the second largest in the world!
Our campus education focuses on moulding our youth to acquire these "Japanisation" skills and produce leaders of the future who would bridge India and East Asia.
Welcome to this brave new world and take part in this exciting journey.
